felix seeks out company before he's necessarily aware he wants comfort, and then if he can admit he wants it, that's when he leans hard against his people -- metaphorically and physically, for best results. music is a comfort for him too, whether it's his own singing, someone else performing, or just his own downloads in a modern au
kole eats their feelings if they have the chance. heavy, greasy foods offer the best comfort in their experience, though there's also little that can top a baked apple. it would surprise them to realize that they also take a lot of comfort from physical contact with people they trust, too. worst comes to worst, they also like being in control of their own experience and running until the feelings come out on their own
jax is worse than even felix about recognizing when he wants comfort tbh. he'll comfort others and say he takes joy in that, which he does. that's just not the question being asked lmao. i think he prefers individual activities for comfort, like writing his thoughts down somewhere or practicing his archery
