This is just my onion, but as much as I do love the thought & effort you’ve put into the Uprising story and how important he is to you as a character — I don’t think any of that should matter? This is a boundary you have been MORE than open about for YEARS; if I were to throw a rock at your blog I’d hit at least 3 warnings about it. You shouldn’t have to justify yourself, you shouldn’t have to offer up your your labor to others in hopes that they view it with enough reverence to respect your boundaries wrt it. They should be respecting your boundaries in the first place, without it.
Respect writers, yes, but also just respect people. Respect Maddie.
ALSO THIS yes. even if you dont care to follow the storylines, the fact that i have been saying this for several years now, at least FIVE, should be enough of a warning that hey, maybe i shouldnt do this
as well as just respecting people. just listen when people say things.
