Where to buy inexpensive toys!
i know how it is when you want all the cute toys and plushies but you’re short on money so here are some resources to help you out!
eBays great for finding toys especially if you are just starting out! there are tons of vintage and new toys alike, some brand new and others that have been loved. if you want more than one item make sure to add ‘lot’ to the end of your search. i.e. “stuffed animal lot” or “baby toy lot”
2. Thrift Shops
Thrift shops are fun places to shop since you never know what you’re going to find! Try checking out local thrift shops and supporting them as the prices will usually be lower than big chain stores.
3. Discount Stores
If you prefer new toys, before heading to Toys R Us or Amazon make sure to check out discount stores! I’ve found many of the things on my Amazon wishlist at places like Ross for a fraction of the cost!
4. Dollar Stores
Always check the dollar store to find inexpensive toys!! Be sure to check seasonally, you might find some interesting things for your favorite holiday!
5. Wholesale Sites
You can always get new toys directly from wholesale sites if you have your heart set on something specifically. Always make sure you buy from reliable sellers!
6. Clearance Aisle
When you enter a store that sells toys, head for the clearance aisle first! This will save you time browsing and picking something you can’t afford.
7. Yard Sales
You can find amazing things at yard sales and if the price is a bit too high for your liking, you may be able to bargain with them!
