Willin'
Awesome day so far...I've had 780 calories all before supper and never really felt all too hungry except when I usually do right before my morning snack (cashews, unsalted, roasted). Then had a salad as it was the fastest and easiest option before heading out the door this AM.
The best decision I made was taking a ride right before work and then again on my lunch break. That all totaled up to 1,700 calories burned all before supper and that doesn't include the calories that I'm burning just by having a functioning body.
Today I also found Tyler Week's blog (http://www.344pounds.com). He pretty much has the same idea I do regarding weight loss (or I, him rather); eat less, be more active and burn more calories than you take in. He's more freely eating crap that he knows is bad for him than I am, but I'm still trying to get my bearings on eating like a normal human. But his underlying message is brilliant: if you screw up, if you eat a frozen pizza by yourself, if you eat McDonald's all weekend then screw it. It's in the past. Move forward. Progress is progress.
