Zeke was Tyler's first, not only, but first. Doubt had him testing other men to see what was going on and only found that he didn't like being with any other so he pursued Zeke instead.
Tyler's first anniversary gift to Zeke was the apartment they live in. He bought it and tried to have it all done and ready to live in by the time their anniversary hit.
While any other meal can be cooked or called for by any of them, Tyler makes the effort of every weekened or free day to be the one cooking meal because it's family time and Zeke is part of his family, if not his family even if boyfriend, as they live together.

Tyler laid on his back, observing as the other rode him. The expression of pure bliss he could see in the other bringing the widest of smiles on his face, and that little tint of laugh that he couldn't help but rejoice in. "You seem like you're having fun," his hands were rested below his head, all he was doing at that point was offering his body for the other's pleasure, and he was uanble to hide how happy it made him.
His hands holding him at times as he offered just a tiny bit of securing thrust up, w anting to hear the chants of his moans.
If he is worried, or bored, he has to be doing something with his hands and/or mouth. The oral fixation is clear. When working, and he works ona large desk divising designs and what not, he also has the tendency of thrusting forward when thinking.
