Miriam and Luca please. :)
I’m sixteen million years late with this, but:
Full Name: Miriam Tamar SlyGender and Sexuality: Cis woman and self-identified queerPronouns: She/her/hersEthnicity/Species: African-American/Filipino humanBirthplace and Birthdate: April 18 in Cold Spring, NYGuilty Pleasures: Avocado-laden breakfast wraps, driving half-again the speed limit down empty highways in midwestern America, letting Isaiah teach her about their cars, really good sex, Alary Erlkingkrieger (those last two definitely have nothing in common? At all?).Phobias:What They Would Be Famous For: For single-handedly messing up the slow burn of the supernatural revel to and assimilation into the human world, honestly. Either she’d off someone she wasn’t supposed to or some bit or minor criminal mischief would get out of hand, but that’s the risk she runs. What They Would Get Arrested For: Assault, coercion, murder, criminal lewdness–take your pick.OC You Ship Them With: This is a really weird question, for Miriam. Nobody, technically, in that ‘our love will last forever, we’re a true OTP!!1!’ kind of way, honestly, but Alary in a different kind of way that I’m not entirely sure how to describe. They’re very, very close, emotionally, for people who started sleeping together more or less to just spite the establishment. They don’t necessarily bring out the best in each other (quite the opposite, sometimes), but there’s definite loyalty between them: Miriam would go to great lengths for Alary and he would do the same for her, and that’ll be tested.OC Most Likely To Murder Them: Max Godbroud. Favorite Movie/Book Genre: It’s a solid tie between historical fiction and how-to books. She’s learned a lot of decidedly useless skills while out on the road, and while you’d never expect it, she’s the one who, at family dinners, can whip out new random facts whenever the opportunity presents itself.Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: White saviors in her fiction.Talents and/or Powers: Nothing we can really call powers, but she’s pretty good with a balisong (the flippery’s self-taught, but it builds on honed hand-eye coordination, and the rest is just being able to wield a knife right) and a bowie knife. She can put a bullet in a target most of the time, too, and she’s pretty proud of what she can do in bed. Entertainingly, she’s the only one of the younger Sly generation who’s a speed reader, so that’s a talent worth mentioning. Why Someone Might Love Them: Miriam will rush to the defense of people who matter to her, even if that’s a slim number of individuals. She’s incredibly loyal to those same people, and will go to the ends of the earth for them. She’s always up for trying new and different things and she’s very free; there’s something attractive about that. Why Someone Might Hate Them: If you’re Max Godbroud, it’s because she pushes all your buttons and pretends that you don’t exist because it makes you mad. If you’re anyone else, probably because the world is her plaything, at least in her eyes, and she has no qualms about doing what (or who) she wants without fear of the consequences–after all, as far as she’s concerned, she can handle it. How They Change: It’s not necessarily that Miriam changes–or at least I don’t have a clear idea of how, since I haven’t gotten to write her yet–but that more of her gets revealed the more her personal plot progresses. She goes from being seen as just bellicose and self-serving to demonstrating a lot more loyalty and doing whatever it takes to keep those close to her safe. Why You Love Them: Miriam is the first female character I’ve felt comfortable writing in ages, and she’s one of the only characters I have who’s very comfortable with outright brutality on their own part (and manages to do it with flippancy and irreverence, rather than Micah’s dour sobriety). Whether those two have any correlation, I don’t know. She stands out, to me, even from the rest of the Slys, and there’s just something fun about her. Granted, defending some of her actions isn’t always easy, but that’s just part of the challenge.
The game, I suppose, is afoot.

I fully expect to turn around every couple of hours and just see you in a new costume.
number5 replied to your post:I have my approximate body weight in Skoglund...
… My life story with the Hawkins siblings.
I demand all of them. At once.
I should not be as happy as I am when Ty casts another one of her Hawkinses, and yet...
