Eerie Eyes
A curious little deep-sea 'Mon that spends most of its time floating in the open ocean, guided by currents. As they grow and get older, they sink to the darker depths of the sea, where it changes them. Until they are fully grown, they are easy prey for other ocean-dwelling 'Mons.
The fully evolved form of this 'Mon is so rare, it is thought not to exist. Only a handful of them have washed ashore in over a decade, the largest of them being over 4 meters (13 feet) long.
They are fragile special attackers that know moves such as Confuse Ray, Aurora Beam, Miracle Eye, and Chilling Water.
