dear readers, the Philippines has been hit hard by severe typhoons in a span of a few weeks--five typhoons, in fact, from October 23 to November 15, one of which has been one of the strongest to be ever recorded, and one whose tail extended across the North Pacific ocean and has reached Alaska. entire communities have been wiped out from severe flooding, thousands have been rendered homeless, and some are even stranded in evacuation enters as of the moment. as a way of helping of my kababayans, i am giving away all the artist margins i will be making when you purchase any design in my RedBubble shop. i will be giving the donations directly to friends and individuals working on ground to bring hygiene kits, food packs, and hot meals on the affected areas like Bulacan, Marikina, Rizal, Tuguegarao, etc. if you are not comfortable with this or do not wish to buy anything, you can donate directly to the NGOs/institutions/individuals listed HERE. i know we are all faced with so much right now, so just mere sharing/signal boosting this post would be lovely, and ofc, keeping the affected communities in your thoughts/prayers would be much appreciated.
