What type is L from death note??

L!!! One of my favourite characters of all time. Death Note was the first anime I watched and is responsible for my love of the genre/medium.

I think that it’s been pretty much canonized in the anime/MBTI community that L is a classic INTP. Tirelessly analytical, always searching for alternate explanations, with an unexpected soft side. Funky MBTI in Fiction has an amazing break down/explanation proving L as an INTP based on cognitive functions which I couldn’t possibly hope to top or recreate, link here. I agree with the INTP typing personally, and I think that most other people familiar with MBTI and Death Note would agree as well (unlike the vast variations in typing for Light - I’ve seen him typed as ISTJ, ENTJ, INTJ, and INFJ each with varying degrees of success). 

Love this character and ask, thanks so much! And does anybody disagree that L is an INTP? I’m curious to know! :)
