Unfortunately, there is almost no information about him or the AU, and if there is, then in the form of images. As I understand from the images, this Pepperman is the leader here. But how he became one, unfortunately, is unknown. But I like his appearance, which speaks of his madness and power. And some details generally amused me, namely his shoes with spikes on the soles, or a crown that looks like paper. At least this Pepperman has everything, right? :)
