okay, back on my polyam agenda:

to no one's surprise, solene and-- was about to say "i", omg, author's thinly veiled self-insert-- tyrie immediately hit it off romantically. tyrie wants that fruitcake bad and solene is just as thirsty for her.

when i say "wants her bad", i mean tyrie is down horrendous for solene. like, why are having thoughts about knocking her up!? calm the fuck down? 😭

nevermind that solene is still in an "exclusive" relationship with kian... anyway, we can't put this all on tyrie, cause when tyrie confessed her attraction to solene, solene was veeery much into it. very.

so after all that talk about spicy paintings and tyrie talking about painting solene 😏 they agreed to become lovers. not exclusive of course, we had still our eyes on the prize:

a second (potential) lover, kian b cross

the first long hangout included daydreaming at the beach. which was super fun, but the vibes were mostly friendly.

if aaliyah has taught me anything it's "if at first you don't succeed dust [the beach sand off] yourself and try again. try again we did. this time at the sunday market.

and as you can see we were able to lock in that not exclusive lover status with kian as well. yuss!

tyrie has done all she can do on her end. now i gotta see if can change solian's status to 'not exclusive' as well so they can finally all hang out as a throuple.

hi, feel free to ignore this of course, but I came across your paralives poly problems(?) post and wanted to mention that there's a "never gets jealous in relationships" option in the paramaker (under "(...)" on the identity card)! granted I haven't tested it yet so I'm not sure how it works but it could help?

since you're in live mode already you'd have to edit them through cheats though, ctrl+shift+c -> "editcharacter" should work for that (if you want)

oooh, thank you for this anon! i had another post lined up with my live mode work-around for this issue so i'll use this ask to combine the two.

okay, so this was going to be my imperfect solution:

solene's social perk is "good at taking care of others". so, i can have her comfort tyrie if she gets sad about solene and kian being intimate in front of her.

what about kian? i can already hear you ask. to which i reply: who? our resident sad boy™️?

he is thriving actually. i didn't stop to think that he wants to feel as sad as possible, actually. so he currently has a reward that gives him a positive buff when "sad" is his main mood (not pictured). i also leveled up his vibe to give him inspiration up to equal his current sad mood.

i know it has become an overused internet insult, but it's giving cuck behavior (/kink-positively). now everytime he sees his girls getting handsy with each other he can play a sad tune on the guitar about it 🤘🏽😔 (actually, i should see if there's a career in music. he'd make the perfect tortured artist)

coincidentally he also the social perk to "listen to everyone vent". which should also be helpful in relieving solene and tyrie's negative emotions.

narratively i still love the set-up i have. so instead of removing jealousy for everyone i'll only do so for solene and tyrie. prepare to be mega uber sad sad boy™️

i was way too excited and didn't want to waste time creating my own para. so this is the first time i'm playing a pre-made house, but boy am i glad i did. you can tell there's been so much care put into creating these paras, cause look at this:
