His name is Tyrios. He's honestly possibly my favourite of the Santos followers. XD He's an absolute maniac who joined the disgraced prince Santos solely because he wants to fight.

Tyrios is creepy, messy and unhinged. His favourite thing in the world is to fight. When fighting, he can go into a sort of berserker mode after a while and becomes a danger even to his comrades. When this happens, his comrades often resort to sneaking up on him and just knocking him unconscious and carrying him back to their headquarters. He has no hard feelings about this. He loves to fight but is not one to hold a grudge. The fighting isn't because he holds some kind of hatred in his heart for anyone, he just loves the rush of battle. It's nothing personal. XD

Growing up, Tyrios was honestly already kind of a messed up kid. He got into constant fights and had trouble holding back. He often ended up seriously harming other kids he got into fights with. His parents basically gave up on him pretty quickly, even became slightly fearful of him. Tyrios' behaviour only escalated after a head injury he had as a kid.

When he came of age, Tyrios tried joining the alven army, but was sent away during training because he was too much of a loose cannon.

He met prince Santos when he was in jail for a while for trouble he caused on the streets in the alven capital. The prince was fascinated by his penchant for violence and his fighting capabilities. He didn't have to say much to convince Tyrios to join him, he just had to promise there'd be much fighting.

Among the followers of Santos, Tyrios isn't necessarily popular. The other followers mostly tolerate him, but find him creepy. There's two people I'd say he's closest to though.

The first is Athix, who's always been a strangely friendly guy for someone who's basically a glorified bandit. He's usually friendly with Tyrios too. He's often the one patching up his injuries after a fight as well.

And the other is Ginger (she's the woman next to Tyrios in the Chibi pride drawings post. Ginger isn't her real name but it's what everyone calls her), who's sort of an honorary follower of Santos. (She doesn't actually follow the prince, just hangs out with his followers and lives at their headquarters.) She and Tyrios get along very well, and are often seen hanging out together. They're pretty different, but are genuinely friends and enjoy hanging out. Even if they get into a lot of trouble together because of Tyrios. XD

Another fun fact about Tyrios:

Most of the characters in Ace of Swords have a symbol associated with them. Like their personal emblem. For Tyrios, it's an upside-down heart. ^^

Tyrios is a character I honestly really enjoy. He's incredibly fun to draw, especially since he usually has the best expression. XD (I love drawing that mad grin of his. Or him sticking out his tongue, which he does a lot for some reason. ^^ )

True, he's not the 'deepest' character among the Ace of Swords cast. He's pretty straightforward. But he's just fun to me. :D
