Headstone ((not in the least prepared for feels))
Thor hadn’t thought a Midgardian could have taken Tyr out.
Tyr was a warrior, strong and brave. But even gods were not immortal- and standing before the understated grave he was angry.
Tyr deserved better than a simple stone.
He knew it would melt eventually but even so… he carefully ran his hand around the edge of it and iced it over. He made it big. He made it special. He carved a proper engraving into the headstone, and that would stick.
A brave warrior who died with honour he wrote, and left a dagger stuck into the earth. Tyr needed no flowers in the afterlife. He needed a weapon. And he would give him one.
As he turned away a tear glittered in Thor’s eye.
"Goodbye, brother," he whispered.
