How would Jabber handle the idea of marrying Zanka? Like what would he think of automatically? Him asking Zan or waiting for Zan to ask him? Would he think of a ring for Zan or what ring Zan would get him? Would he want any of that? A wedding? With who? Who wears what? What food? Be with Zanka and fight only him forever? What?
Honestly, I feel like Jabber is one of those people to really not care about that. Three months or three years in and he’s just as obsessed with Zanka, he doesn’t need a ring or paper to prove that
Zanka on the other hand, is probably one for tradition. With the nature of their relationship, I’m not sure they’d go with ceremonies and the whole shebang. But an “I’ll fight you and only you forever” promise sounds right up their alley
I think that in general it’s less a matter of dramatic asking, and more a confession that has to painstakingly pried from the other’s lips. Both of them are awful at expressing their romantic feelings in their own ways
