You can always find Military Personnel winding down after a hard days work in this small but lively bar. The staff is friendly and always looking to tell stories of StrangerVille and the weird guy that lives upstairs. They say you can see him going in and out only at night to get his art supplies and food from the local gas station. The sweet grandma and granddaughter that live next to him tell everyone he is a very sweet, but troubled man. What's really going on there?
