UPDATE: THE ZINE IS DEAD ISSUE #7 - LAST ISSUE

There will be another issue of The Zine is Dead coming out in December just before Christmas, but I guess you could tell by it taking so long to come out since the issue before this, that it will be the last issue.

I just don't have the time to do it anymore and it's getting harder to put out something consistent and worth reading as I have a bunch of other commitments that means the zine has to take a back seat, unfortunately. Too many eggs in too many baskets or something like that. I love music, I love albums, I love bands, I love gigs, and I'll still be mad for it all 'til I'm dead, but I don't really feel like reviewing music is a thing I want to be doing anymore. It's making listening to music and going to some gigs feel like work because I have the idea of putting it into a zine in the back of my head and I don't want that at all.

It'll just be an end of year issue; a run down of some of my favourite records of the year and a few pictures from gigs, as well as a couple of interviews. If you'd like to submit any short reviews of albums or EPs or singles that you've enjoyed at any point in the year, or want to share a few words about one of your favourite gigs from this year, feel free so send a message or submit something via email, but no worries if not. I guess... This Zine is Dead will actually...be dead after that, haha!

Thanks to everyone that has contributed to the zine over the past year or two, and a huge thank you to anyone who read it, it's been rad, love you all xxxx

THE ZINE IS DEAD ISSUE 5 - LAST MINUTE SUBMISSIONS

JUST A REMINDER THAT ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SUBMIT A REVIEW, PLAYLIST, PICTURES, ARTICLES OR ANYTHING AT ALL TO THE ZINE, PLEASE TRY TO GET THEM IN BY THIS FRIDAY!!!!
