Decidí usar una de las entidades que más me gustan de mi cultura, las Tzitzimime. Mujeres con la finalidad de apagar el sol.

PD: Trabajar 11.30 hr varios días a la semana durante un mes me está matando. Nunca más a las horas extras. :/

Onix Equinox’s Gods design comparison

We have to admit the OE crew did a really good job on research about mesoamerican cultures, and the character design of the gods are proof of that. They are really awesome!!!

Pitao Cocijo (Zapotec god of rain and thunder)

Pitao Xoo (Zapotec god of earthquakes)

Mictlantecuhtli (Aztec god of Death, ruler of the Underworld)

Mictecacihuatl (Aztec goddess of Death, queen of the Underworld, watcher of the bones of the dead)

Quetzalcoatl (Feathered Serpent, aztec god of wind, air, and learning. Also known as White Tezcatlipoca)

Tezcatlipoca (Smoking mirror, Aztec god of the black night, sorcery and  divination. Also known as Black Tezcatlipoca)

Xolotl (Aztec god of twins, deformities and duality. Guide of the dead through their jouney to the Mictlan)

Tzitzimime (Monstrous aztec deities assosiated with stars, destructors of humanity)

Note1: There were other two gods in the first episode, they seem to be Huitzilopochtli and Xipe Totec, but we didn’t have the chance to see their god form so I’ll save them for later ;)

Note2: It was hard to find representations of Pitao Xoo, those are the closest I could find about that god :’)
