I have a tiny theory about your Bad End Scourge, and I’m basing this off of the possible reason Sonic’s eyes are now emerald green and the anti universe’s rules.
His eyes are red because he’s addicted to using the anarchy beryl. He knows it burns him out but (assuming he didn’t kill Miles right away after he defeated Sonic) he gets his dear ol brother to help counter most of the negative effects. Unlike Chaos energy though that can be controlled to an extent, Anarchy will still do whatever the fuck it wants, and hurt him in another way. Scourge doesn’t care though, as long it doesn’t burn him out. He can deal with all the other imbalances as long it gives him the power he wants.
Sorry if it’s way off but that small design choice intrigued me.
