1967 Univox U-60
Here's a nice little vintage Univox via Craigslist. Looks to be in spectacular condition for its age. Beautiful little logo plate on the grille too.
Up for sale is a Univox U-60. It has recently been serviced (including an upgrade to a 3-prong power cord and new tubes and caps) and is in perfect working order. It's in near-mint cosmetic condition as well, the only blemish being a stain on one side (see photos). The amp takes one 12AX7, a 6X4 rectifier and two 6BM8's in a push-pull circuit; I'll include the original tubes and caps as well. It puts out 15W according to the original catalog. The sound is fairly Marshall-esque - clear cleans and a biting crunch when pushed. It has a nice choppy tremolo with speed control and set depth as well as the original Jensen C12S. This is the lightest 1X12 combo I've ever found - a mere 22 lbs. Asking $325. No trades, please.
