The Kyung adults when winter comes enact the ritual of love-call. They try to seduce every female (even of other races) within 5 km, often increase the range using mass media. The Kyung in love twirls his pelvis in a dizzying speed. The Kyung reaching the highest speed earns the right to the first coupling of the season. Unfortunately our Kyung, weighed down by the heavy boot that has in his pants (as he says) failed to gain enough speed for several years and then every spring he returns sadly into his hole waiting for the next opportunity and practicing in secret. 

It often happens that the exemplars more experienced of UKwon will ridicule him by making fun of his poor skills, not always with words. Often, they just show their skills in public glaring challenge and judging him extra hard.
