By using the energy in her body, she's able to produce threads from her fingers and can control the tensile strength of the threads produced. The threads can be used to capture an opponent, woven together to create fabric, or used to assist during a fight. Because she uses so much energy, she drinks a lot of caffiene to be able to use her quirk! If she uses her quirk too much she passes out from exhaustion. Part of her hero costume features holsters for coffee and energy drinks incase she needs an extra boost during a fight! She's also trained in hand to hand combat for close range fighting!
Backstory:
Akemi Ito has been a huge All Might fangirl for years. When she starts a new job as the costume studies teacher at UA she meets Toshinori Yagi and falls head over heels for him. In this au not all the teachers know of All Mights secret identity so she is unaware that Toshi and All Might are the same person. Of course because she's such an All Might fangirl, Toshinori thinks she could never see him as more than a friend. She's been bff's with Best Jeanist since they were kids and she works as a hero at his agency with him! It's a story full of mutual pining, fluff, secret identity, miscommunication, and a whole lot of love for Toshinori Yagi.
