Being an Uber driver is really hard work because some people treat us like garbage. Sure it's not the highest paying job but someone like me who is still in college is not that bad. I am going to tell you about the uber driver story.
The Uber Driver Story Part One
I just started working for Uber again on Thursday. Everything went well on Thursday and Friday, but when Saturday night came around it was a new story about the uber driver story. Let's call our first rider person A. I picked up person A on Saturday night and it was a nightmare. He opened up my car door and asked me what I was doing there. I was thinking "to pick you up..." He then asked if five people could fit in my car? I said probably not, but then his friend decided to urge him to go in my car anyway. The Uber Driver Story Part Two Continued... So once he got in my car he told me to drive through the parking lot to get out. After that, he said try not to hit anything. Of course, I didn't say anything to him after he was rude to me. When we got to the exit of the parking lot the sign that said no left turn. So I went right, and person A said hey where are you going to the restaurant is back there to the left. He then asked me if I know where I am going. I only have two GPS in my car, not like I can get lost, am I right? So there was this U-turn under this bridge that goes around to take us back around. So then person A said just go off the island to this club to make a U-turn. Part Three Of The Uber Driver Story Continued Part of three of the Uber driver story is where it gets worse. So when we reached the club person B and C who was in the back of my car phone rang and they were telling their friends that I don't know where I am going. This was totally false I knew where I was going. After they said this I was starting to get flustered. I think I even started getting red in the face. So we finally get to the place where he told me that he will just get out and walk the rest of the way. He then threw a tip down at me like he was doing me a favor. Person A saw a $10 bill in the tip he then said he was not going to give me that big of a tip. He then asked me can you go pick up our other friends if you know how to get back to them. I said sure I will pick them up. Once he left I never went to pick up his friends. Just because he was rude to me. The Point Of The Uber Driver Story The whole point of the Uber driver story is that people should be nice to us. Life as an Uber driver can be difficult like in these situations and someone like me who has two GPS systems can't get lost. The next time when you get into an Uber car please keep this story in mind about the Uber driver story. Don't be like person A in the Uber driver story.
