I put a leather wrap on the handle of one of my kuksa this evening. It looks pretty swanky. The black stained kuksa is the first kuksa I tried carving. I used only my grandfather's old jack knife and a drill to hollow out the bowl. It was rough in the bottom so I decided to make it into a beeswax candle. It burns very slowly and has lasted a couple of years already. My other 2 kuksas, only one of which is shown here were both bought from #uberlaben the kuksa shown is the larger 12oz Dursten Kuksa.
