I'd like to think that when Serissa met and was taken as a girlfriend to Faust she was still sort of jaded and wasn't sure of herself as a person?? But then when she left him (YES FAUST, LEFT YOU) Idk I headcanon she grew as a person and got her hair out of her face and realized Hey, I'm me. And no matter what that means to other people, that's pretty ok! (hence why she sasses everyone and never lets anyone get her down in the dumps or insult her for being who and what she is) And then I also headcanon that meeting Gaul sort of helped her in that same mature sense. It kind of put in her head happiness isn't in the bedroom or in the body of a lover, it's in their eyes, and it's more than just doing the do. idk idk I was thinking a lot about old Schella otps today
