You know how things get so much more hectic before you leave for a business trip? A lot. So I rewarded myself with a matcha parfait at UCC Cafe. 2 scoops of green tea ice cream, nata de coco, fruit, red beans and cream (though I took out most of the cream). Yum!!! Taken using my iPhone
