This is Msikiti Ngazija at Sewa/India Street in the heart of Daressalaam. I pass by as often as I can. It gets extremely busy for the prayer on Fridays (Jumu'ah). The Mosque was built by the East African Khoja Jamaat which is part of the Twelver branch (Ithna-Asheri). The first Ithna-Asheri community was established in the Sultanate of Zanzibar in 1882.
