Who cooks:Shisui prefers takeout or drinking and Itachi was never taught to cook. That means they mostly just eat takeout unless they visit someone and they cook for them.Who does the laundry and other chores:If you thought Itachi was lazy, wait until you see Shisui. [[Ah, anon there are a couple of Itachi I RP with, but I've never done it for a strict "self discovery" storyline! There was a child Itachi, and there's one other his age, whom he enjoys the company of. They drink tea and take naps together.
