Future UCLA students...

Avoid housing at UCLA if you can and look into apartments in the surrounding area.  The UCLA housing teams are deceptive, lying, and untrustworthy and will lie directly to your face to try and squeeze every dollar out of you that they can.  Academics are fantastic at this school, but everything about the Housing Department there is horrendous and they honestly will straight up lie and tamper with your living so they can charge you more and more.

Any trans folk in the LA area who could help me?

Hi everyone! I am in need of your help. I am a UCLA student and I’m currently enrolled in an Anthropology class about gender variance; our main assignment is interviewing a person who self-identifies as transgender or genderqueer. If you identify as such or know someone who does and would be willing to participate I would greatly appreciate your help. All you would have to do is meet with me once and answer questions with regards to your experience as a transgender or gender-queer person.
