Dear "SEAPUNKS":

i like the visuals, i like the music, can't we just leave it at that? just because i don't wanna assimilate to a dreary underground culture of drugs and pretension doesn't mean im exploiting the underground or jacking you're style. you put up these barriers against those that you fear may bring your oh so precious style into a wider audience, susceptible to more people, and subject to the interpretation of others. IS THAT OKAY?? is it fuckin okay if i want an up an coming rapper to use that style, is it okay if a worldwide pop star uses a green screen inspired by seapunk in a performance in front of national tv?  if we like it, then we fuckin like it, get over it.
