So it’s worth noting that it’s being rumored that Ngannou’s training camp was him hitting bags and lifting weights by himself at the UFC performance center in Vegas and that he didn’t have any real coaching until about 3-4 weeks ago when his coach from France came to join him

What a fucking fight! fuck

Alvarez KOs Gaethje in the 3rd with a beautiful knee that all but knocks Gaethje out cold.

Alvarez did a fantastic job of negating a lot of Gaethje’s offense upstairs. Swam super well in the pocket using his jab and some amazing bodywork to slow down Gaethje’s onslaught. Gaethje did a great job of kicking Alvarez lead leg but couldn’t slow Alvarez down enough. The thing that really did Gaethje in was his crouching over to try to stifle Alvarez’s straight punches, but he ended up eating a shit ton of body punches.

Amazing fight and another FOTY contender for both men.
