It’s from an anime called “Perman (パーマン)”. The character you see before you is Birdman, who I love with all my heart (*w *)Which makes me all the more guilty having not blogged about him for a while ; ;

[x] This episode was just all kinds of cute, for me. Perman begging for Birdman to fight alongside him as a sidekick is probably the most adorable thing I could ever see them do together in canon. (That one scene with the robots was the most action-y thing they did there, btw. The whole other half was just his plan in making Mitsuo see that he can't do everything and he shows it by letting him tag along to a *fake* secret mission on taking out some bad guys that plan to take over the world... or something like that, fall apart)

Name: Almite Karakorum (a.k.a Algiers) As listed on a Perman fansite by Oota Yasuko and appeared on a series of fan-fictions written by the same person. (Possibly the most likely interpretation. Especially that cowlick, didn't expect that at all o wo)

Name: Hatori-san From Otouchi's "IL NIDO" fan-manga (Of course it's in Japanese... all the more reason to groan on what I'm missing out on ; w ;. And the Birdman I most adore, the one above him being a close second... I mean, just look at that dork Θ▽Θ)

Name: Toriboshi Based on Kuroda Den's published fan-fiction series. (I'll just leave it at that because I wasn't sure how to translate the other parts sorry orz) If you've skipped all of that, just go here to the original page!
