i think the only thing that changed abt cullen in the whole three games was that his entire appearance changed and you could romance him. they made him attractive (well, not imo) and gave him off-brand alistair romance (except alistair is a better person than him) and made it to where you can’t speak out against him or call him out on his shit at all
