Legit question about mental health

Does anyone else get hit with a sort of "unreality" feeling when they are out in public for too long? Like you start dissociating and feeling like, I dunno how to explain, like something is going to happen at any point in time?

I get hit with this unreality feeling and feel dissociated while also feeling on edge that Something is going to happen. And I also get the feeling of sort of, having a Thought at the tip of my tongue but not being able to piece together what this Thought is. Like, I look at people's faces and feel this like... familiar feeling, but I don't know these people or what I'm thinking or supposed to be thinking

I don't really know how to explain it, but I Really Hate It. Does anyone else know what this may be?
