i didn’t have it in myself to go with grace.
erin had always been one of the only people to truly understand emily, so emily hoped that it was the same for emily knowing her. so when the erin lindsay spoke about thinking about giving up - even if it was just about a case or even maybe a decision about a man, emily knew there was more to the story. “if you ask me,” which she probably wasnt...but there emiy was, still giving her opinion. “erin lindsay isn’t capable of stopping in general, so grace doesnt really matter. you did the right thing, erin. you know that, right?”
