Description:
Uiscenomeme is a creature that was developed to be a naval military tool intended for missions in frozen tundra and Arctic waters by the Matchcorp Company. She was created using DNA from a variety of Arctic creatures, including a polar bear, orca, puffin, seal, snowy owl, narwhal, and ermine. During one of the training sessions, she managed to escape by attacking the submarines/aquatic drones that were monitoring them. Having escaped the matchcorp, she has taken up residence in a sea cave within a rock face off the Arctic coasts of British Columbia/Alaska, frequented by resting aquatic animals, nesting gulls, and other seabirds. With their long, bear-like claws, she climbs down the rocky drop-off to dive for mollusks, urchins, fish, squid, and octopuses, and occasionally snags a gull or its young on the way back. She is on the same intelligence level as humans, though due to not having a human voice box, she is unable to communicate with humans in most words but can mimic most basic tones. She has a cast-iron stomach but prefers his meals cooked. Thus, they will often regurgitate the morsels from their crop and boil them in salty water, using the evaporated water to drink and make tea. They spend a majority of their time in the water but will typically only venture above the cliff for spices and teas. They also love to investigate things they find, including shipwrecks, people’s camps on land, and fishing boats. Though they try to avoid too much contact with humans. That said, matchcorp dose know their immediate location at all times due to a tracking device implanted within his body, as they are a Fission-classed creature and could recapture him easily, as they have a way to make his training kick back in. However, as long as she is not causing any problems to local civilizations, as it would be more hassle to capture them than to leave them be.

They also often follow boats that they come across, curiously watching from a distance and occasionally stealing the fish that they have caught in nets.
Due to them following boats, they have learned several sea shanties which they can mimic the sound of.
He can hold his breath for up to 8+ hours without needing to return to the surface for air, allowing them to dive to incredible depths.

Despite, being a mainly arctic creature, it spends a lot of time in the Pacific Ocean basin/"Ring of Fire" around underwater volcanic vents
Instinctually preens themself, using their beaks to straighten, clean, and oil their feathers to maintain waterproofing and insulation
She is an apex predator, though sometimes will hunt with orcas using specialized, cooperative hunting techniques.
