Ujjivan has offered its request for the Equity Shares through the Draft Red Herring Prospectus . It had filed its draft prospectus with SEBI on 31st December 2015 to be listed on BSE and NSE and obtained clearance in Feb 2016. The Company has got an ‘in-principle’ approval from BSE and NSE for the listing of the Equity Shares.
