Originating from Boston and currently based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Jaya The Cat are one of the premiere bands on the European live circuit.
The quartet, who coin their style as "Drunk Reggae Punk" have shared the new video for 'Fake Carreras', taken from the 2012 album, 'The New International Sound Of Hedonism'.
Speaking on the video, vocalist Geoff Lagadec says, "So, we took a little time off from working on our new album to make this sweet tour video for 'Fake Carreras'. We hope you love it as much as we love you!"

'Fake Carreras' was filmed in Dec 2015, throughout the Netherlands and Germany on the 'More X-Mas Drinking with...' tour. It was produced by Philip "FAF" Pfaff of THE TiPS.
Jaya The Cat have also announced an appearance at this year's Rebellion Festival in Blackpool, England. This festival is one of many tour dates for the band, as they take to the road heavily throughout Europe in 2016.
With plans and writing in motion for a new album, 2016 looks set to be a busy year for Jaya The Cat.

After a sold out show at London's Borderline in September, Austin based Heartless Bastards have announced a welcome return to the capital in December as part of a short Euro tour. The band have spent the past decade in motion, boldly pushing their unique brand of rock ‘n’ roll into new shapes over four acclaimed albums and nearly non-stop roadwork. Their latest studio recording, “Restless Ones”, the follow-up to 2012’s breakthrough “Arrow”, finds singer/songwriter Erika Wennerstrom exploring as-yet-unvisited avenues of sound and sensation, her bravery and ambition readily apparent in the emotional timbre and the sheer physicality of her songs.
“We took a lot of chances,” Wennerstrom says, “taking the sounds in different directions in order to grow. I don't ever want to make the same album twice.”
GRAMMY® Award-winning producer John Congleton (St. Vincent, Angel Olsen, Swans) was tasked with corralling Heartless Bastards' collective energy. The band made significant inroads during pre-production sessions, tightening songs and structures but still leaving things open to chance.
“Restless Ones” was tracked in August 2014 during a 10-day session at El Paso’s renowned Sonic Ranch. Located on 2,300 acres of pecan orchards bordering the Rio Grande and Mexico, the studio – the largest residential recording complex in the world – provided the perfect setting, miles away from all real world responsibilities and thus able to fully invest themselves in the act of creation.
The sessions were marked by Heartless Bastards' openness to the unfamiliar, allowing previously untapped influences – from The Byrds and Syd Barrett to the Faces and the Flaming Lips – to take root in their own distinctive blues-powered rock ‘n’ roll. Rich with purpose, passion, and commanding musicianship, “Restless Ones” captures an idiosyncratic band exploring their craft and soul in an effort to reach a place that’s both true and transcendent. Heartless Bastards continue to drive their monumental music ever forward, towards hidden vistas and horizons still unseen.

CINDERELLA’S TOM KEIFER ANNOUNCES ONE OFF UK HEADLINE SHOW

Best known as the singer-songwriter/front man of the legendary Philadelphia band Cinderella, Tom Keifer has announced a special one off headline show in London later this year.
Keifer will be appearing at the London O2 Academy Islington on October 22nd for a night of songs from his recently released debut solo record ‘The Way Life Goes’ along with, of course, all the Cinderella classics we know and love including ‘Coming Home’, ‘Gypsy Road’, ‘Heartbreak Station’ and ‘Nobody’s Fool’.
