Due to the recent attacks' devastation and their worries of more, people of the southern city of Kherson continued to evacuate. The battle has been raging since Russian soldiers entered Ukraine more than nine months ago, bringing with them frozen terrain and challenging combat conditions. Analysts anticipated that Sunday's sustained snowfall in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv could have an increasing impact on the conflict. Experts claimed that both sides had already been slowed down by the muddy battlefield and the persistent rain.
