Dinner at Ulis. Good food but really bad service. After sitting down, we waited 5 minutes for water, and then another 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. And then after we order our drinks, we ordered our food. After taking our food order, our waitress came back to ask what my order was again, and to ask what we ordered as starters. Then after taking our order, we waited 30 minutes for our food. We had to finally ask to see when our food was going to come, which at that point we were told it was being plated. 10 minutes after it was apparently being plated, when we got our food, we didn’t get our appetizers. We waited another 25 minutes for our appetizers. At the end of the meal, we asked for our bill, and our waitress gave us the wrong bill. They ended up removing the appetizers from the bill, which was a good gesture, but I wouldn’t go back there. And the kicker, the restaurant wasn’t even full and our waitress blamed the issues on a new staff because she has to pick up and manage extra tables that would have been his, the new waiter, but he’s new so he got less tables. After she said that we said amongst ourselves, “ah, this had nothing to do with the new waiter.
