A friend, Umbreon Libris, has created a Pokémon Region and has released the first episode of the series exploring this region in the form of a Pokémon Journey.
What makes the place unique is its based on Vancouver Island, it has a communal approach to society, eschewing the basics of capitalism, and of course Pokémon are not confined to Pokeballs. Pokeballs are in fact outright banned.
I play a part as a “rival”-esque character, I drew my own character’s model, his Pokémon, and even voiced his awful New York accent.
