They changed how masks work, they're basically decorations instead of separate items now. if you have the one Eva gave you, then you should be able to go to the appearance tab and apply the Uldren mask ornament from there
That's not the problem. It's the fact that it doesn't exist at all anymore for me. I understand that there's the base mask being the rahool one and you change it out for the other ones like ornaments but the Uldren one is simply G O N E. Like, as if I never owned it in the first place but my clan mates specifically remember me running it the year before last and I remember laughing when i got it.
