Sasori: Er … brat? What are you doing?

Deidara, voice muffled: Nothing.

Sasori: Just … nothing?

Deidara: Yeah, hm. Just nothing.

Sasori: *sits at the edge of the bed* Are you feeling sick? Or sad? Or angry? Tired?

Deidara: I don’t feel like anything. And there’s nothing to do right now, no missions to go on. Not hungry, it’s hot out, so I’m just gonna be here. Doing nothing.

Sasori: *hesitates, then lays down face-down, flat on the bed next to Deidara* Then I’ll do nothing with you.

Deidara: *smiles, reaches over and squeezes Sasori’s hand* Thanks, Danna. Love you.

Sasori: *squeezes back* Love you too.

*Hidan walks by and does a double-take*

Hidan: Oi, blondie? I know puppet-dick is made of wood and probably doesn’t know any better, but … if you’re trying to fuck, you’re doing it wrong.

Deidara: We’re not doing that, hm! We’re spending time together.

Hidan: Doing what?!

Sasori: Absolutely nothing.

Hidan: That’s the lamest shit I’ve ever heard!

*Kakuzu walks up*

Hidan: Oi, Kakuzu; can you believe these bastards?! They’re just laying there doing shit! How boring is —

Kakuzu: So they’re spending time together, in a comfortable position, it’s quiet and relaxing, and it doesn’t cost anything?

Kakuzu: I know what we’re doing for our date tonight. Thanks for the inspiration, Sasori and Deidara. *walks away*

Hidan:
