ult selves are so confusing and would be better in practice if they weren't just an excuse to make everything OP and/or evil
Also if they weren't created in postcanon because i think them being in the shitverse timelines makes them inherently shittier
Power creep like this would've been better used in Homestuck. Unfortunately, nobody who ever worked on Homestuck or prior adventures knew how to make power creep work as anything but pure satire, so Ultimate Self became an ultimate joke. I won't hold my breath for Hell Tier being any better.
