ended up making a cleaner ref for these guys to post on reddit (due to temporary insanity)
design notes & fun facts:
i was initially going to give them bird feet, but I noticed that a few demons had a sort of hand theme going on so i decided to give them both humanlike hands for legs and hand-like wings.
i think they would be big nuisances but not particularly dangerous. They wouldn't be super damaging, but would fly around in big groups making annoying noises and dive-bombing while you're trying to shoot other stuff.
the actual reason they have breasts is because they're a distinctive feature of harpies in general and i think the incongruity adds to their awkward, uncanny vibes.
they don't tend out outright harm sinners, but torment them mostly with their horrible "singing". they also smell awful. harpy blood tastes really bad.
