I mean how do you draw your anime eyes plz tell me !!!!

It’s quite simple :3 I use SAI but PS or other will do1. Draw the line2. Fill it with basic colour and the shadow3. Make another layer on the top of eyes layer (line, basic colour, and the shadow). Make it Overlay mode, and put some birght colour in the middle 4. Give the eyes light :35. Done~
