It is in human nature to strive to find someone to look up to. Someone to admire, someone to use as an example of how you should act. It is what kids do with their parents or older siblings in order to learn how they should interact with others and how to behave. Sir Reginald Hargreeves knows that and he is encouraging all The Umbrella Academy students to find look up to as long as all the new students strive to be better and stronger than the original prodigies. Your first mission will be to follow the lead of anyone you deem worthy, study them and in time surpass them. This mission zeroes in on favorite characters.
