I’m slowly trying to figure out the NEETland part of the app and I thought I’d share my findings!
first of: 60 is not the limit of spaces! I thought so before as it wouldn’t allow me to buy more space, but after waiting a while (dunno if it’s time related or event related, but i waited about 2 months) it allows you to buy more space again.
on which houses to place: in theory, the one giving most coins are the fish and bath houses. but only if you check on them every 5 minutes. considering an average NEET still needs 8h of sleep, I wouldn’t advice it. but it’d work pretty okay if you’re close to an event closing and you need to make coins fast for leveling your unit.
(if you do this, place your units as close as possible to the max coins you can get, but not over it! every silver unit adds +3 for every level and gold +4 for every level. so a lv 4 gold would add 16 if you place it over the limit, the countdown will stop after 5 minutes. but if you’re just under it, you can collect that amount of coins after 7min and the countdown would be on 3min in stead of it having stopped on 5min)
it’s safe to say you can ignore all the silver houses. in compare, they just don’t give all that many coins and you need to constantly check them. that said, the silver gatcha is very important. the very best house to have, by a mile, is the dragon house with the hijirisawa army. (to compare: my 2nd best gives me 14,69 coins per minute per space, at level 32. the dragon house, at lv29 is 29,77/m/sp)
it’s a bit difficult to tell an exact ranking, since my levels are all over the place, but these are the houses I’d recommend: DRAGON, casino, normal garden, castle with orange roofs, greek dayon, snowwhite cottage
pretty alright buildings: F6 academy, school with graffiti, theater, winter garden, bouncing castle, haunted house
though it’s something you’ll have to figure for yourself too. if you have a lv 20 greek house and a broken window school with max lv 32, the later would be better.
the best way is to calculate: max coins/time/spaces for example, my dragon castle gives 14291 coins every 120m and takes up 4 spaces. 14291/120=119,09 119,09/4=29,77 (and if you divide by level, you’ll get an estimate growth rate, so you’ll know which houses will gain more coins as you level them)
