War
Why are we really fighting?
Overseas in the Middle East
Trying to convert them to follow a Priest
Trying to control the clothes
Trying to control who comes and goes
Micromanaging the government
Intentions hidden in cement
We question the revolt
We question the violence
Why question something we began?
We arrived searching for evidence
Why did we stay with a newfound arrogance?
Who are we to decide what is best for them every week?
They have mouths, let them speak
“When they own the information,
They can bend it all they want”
Do you think you are seeing an unbiased news report?
You’re a fool if that is your only resort
Open your eyes
