sure, of course we love it---its ghosts and queer romance and representation and crime and mysteries!

but that's not the whole reason why

it has been so hard for so many people, all over the world, just because of how they look/act/love/are, and DBDA is a showing of progress

the world, no matter how shitty, is improving. we're getting better, and it's things like THIS that set us back YEARS

so, dear netflix, bring back the boys. for us.

the dead boy detectives meant a lot to me, and I don't think i'm the only one.

as a queer person, representation just makes me so happy to be honest.

seeing a diverse cast with all different ethnicities and races? AMAZING

the kind, smart writers and actors? looove them

so BRING THEM BACK! @netflix please, listen to the thousands of voices!

minorities are overlooked, ostracized and excluded just because it's a smaller number of people than most. but, FINALLY, our world is making progress!! people of different races, sexualities, genders, and disabilities are being represented in media, at least a little.

dead boy detectives had so many wonderful and diverse characters, and @netflix fucking canceled it. After just eight episodes of beautiful writing, storytelling, acting, and representation, the agency is gone.

fuck you, @netflix. we will scream until you hear us, and even then we'll fight until we get back our detectives.
