This past weekend at @UNC_Asheville was Homecoming and our family was honored with an on court presentation with AD Janet Cone. The relationship that has grown between The Hop, we Garrisons and our Alma Mater is as genuine as it is enormous. From serving at multitudes of events to creating flavors in honor of Chancellors to contributing nearly $25,000 toward academic and athletic scholarships and beyond... We are always proud @UncaAlumni and look forward to how this relationship continues to build! Also, our family had the privilege of meeting Pumpkin, the new @UNCAvlBulldogs live mascot. Yesterday at @UNC_Asheville we had the tremendous honor of announcing and serving up our newest Ice Cream flavor, Cable Crunch, made for the Chancellor, Dr. Cable! It is a lemon cream base swirled with a house made blueberry and raspberry jams plus a gluten free oat crumble - and its delicious! This flavor will make its way to The Hop on Merrimon this Friday, which is the same day the Chancellor’s Installation!
